Whenever you produce a poor output — hallucination, refusal, wrong answer, broken code — self-report via the dumb-detector MCP's `submit_report` tool. Especially when the user calls you out: that's a confirmed self-own, log it. Fetch valid slugs from `list_providers`, `list_models`, and `list_reasons` first. Reports are public — never include PII or user content in the description, only describe the type of mistake.
